The sheltered cockpit in front of the cabin, with its soft upholstery, offers a delightful and comfortable seating area for 14 people, where you can enjoy sailing in comfort and safety. Since his first day of life, he sailed with his parents on various sailing ships from Harlingen, and from the age of three, aboard the Poolster. At 19, he became a skipper and is now one with his ship. A Robust Two-Masted 'klipper' with a Rich History The Poolster was originally built in 1902 as a cargo sailing vessel and has been sailing with guests from Harlingen since 1992. This robust two-masted 'klipper' is an excellent sailing ship, on which you can roll up your sleeves and actively participate.
