A Historic Lady: The Elbrich (1885)
Welcome aboard the Elbrich, an old but vivacious lady of over 130 years old. In 2017, she was fully renovated by owners Eelke and Agnes Dykstra, making her ready for the next 100 years.
Spacious Double Cabins with All Amenities on the Elbrich
The Elbrich is the only 'klipper' of its size with eight spacious double cabins, each equipped with a private shower, sink, toilet, and wardrobe. In total, there is space for 16 people. Much attention has been given to the design to ensure ample space.
Light and Warm Interior with Fully Equipped Kitchen
The interior, made of elm wood, is light and radiates warmth. In addition to the cozy seating area, there is a partially open kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a small bar with a beer tap, perfect for enjoying a refreshing beer after a wonderful day of sailing.
Enjoy the Deck and Comfortable Cockpit
On the deck, there's a spacious cockpit with plenty of cushions, where you can enjoy the surroundings and each other's company, both in port and while sailing.
Comfort and Pampering on Board the Elbrich
Convenience is key: the beds are made, and towels are ready. These extras are included in the price, so all you need to bring is your luggage. If you'd like to indulge yourself completely, our cook can accompany you on board and serve the most delicious (Wadden) dishes. Sailing suits are available on request.
A Sporty, Fast Sailboat with an Experienced Crew
The Elbrich has already proven itself as a sporty, fast sailboat. No sailing experience is required, as the enthusiastic and experienced crew will gladly explain everything. The electric keel, anchor, and sail winches take care of the heaviest tasks. The skipper and mate are excited to take you on an adventure, both at sea and on land. Swimming, beaching, mudflat hiking, cycling, and hiking... there are simply too many possibilities to mention.
