Captain Kars Petri takes great care in explaining how to handle the rigging, lines, and sheets. He ensures that everyone feels comfortable and familiar with the ship in a relaxed way. No sailing experience is needed to actively participate in sailing.

From windsurfing and kitesurfing to sailing in Friesland and sailing on cabin yachts on the IJsselmeer, Wadden Sea, North Sea, and the Baltic Sea. Since 2019, Kars has been the proud owner of the Kleine Jager. The Kleine Jager meets the three most important aspects of a sailing passenger ship: comfortable accommodation, good sailing qualities, and a beautiful historical appearance.
